Syria reaps 4 new medals in the 4th West Asia Para Games ...Syria

Abu Dhabi-SANA:Syria has obtained four new medals through the participation of the Syrian sports mission in the Fourth West Asian Paralympic Games held in Sharjah (two gold, a silver ,and a bronze). In the physical strength competitions, player Manhal Zarrouf won the gold medal by 88-kg, and Nora Baddour won the gold by 41-kg . In table tennis, the pair, Jaber Hindi and Muhammad Ghassan Saleh, won the silver medal, while Hindi won the bronze medal in singles. Head of the Syrian Paralympic Committee, Omar al-Aroub, said that the Syrian mission had ranked sixth in the overall ranking with 13 medals. Fedaa al-Rohayiah / Mazen Eyon
