Denver Nuggets and the Milwaukee Bucks was a thrilling display of skill, strategy, and determination. With a final score of 113-107 in favor of the Nuggets, it was a game that kept fans on the edge of their seats until the very end.

Both teams showcased their offensive prowess throughout the match. The Nuggets' Nikola Jokic led his team with an impressive performance, scoring 27 points and dishing out 8 assists. His ability to control the game's tempo and find open teammates proved crucial in securing their victory. On the other side, Giannis Antetokounmpo displayed his dominance with 35 points for the Bucks. His athleticism and relentless drives to the basket were a constant threat to Denver's defense.

Mike Budenholzer, who was fired after the Bucks were bounced out of the playoffs in the first round last spring. The job marked Griffin’s first as a head coach in the league after spending 15 seasons working as an assistant and nearly a decade as a player. The Bucks were 30-13 when he was fired, which was good for second in the Eastern Conference.

Almost immediately, the Bucks turned to Rivers, who had been working as an ESPN analyst after he was fired by the Philadelphia 76ers this past offseason. Rivers has 24 seasons of head-coaching experience in the league under his belt, and he won a championship with the Boston Celtics in 2008.

Jokic finished with 25 points, 16 rebounds and 12 assists. Jamal Murray scored 35 for the Nuggets, who gained separation during a late 8-0 run.

The game was a chance for Rivers to size up his built-to-win-now club. Bucks players made an instant impression with him — and he on them.

“He did a great job commanding the team, leading the team,” forward Khris Middleton said. “It’s going to take time for us to get used to him and him to see what we’ve been doing and how we’ve been successful so far this season and in the past.”

Nikola Jokic led the team with 26 points, 16 rebounds, seven assists and two steals.

Following the Bucks, the Nuggets will travel to Oklahoma City to face off against the Thunder on Wednesday evening.

On the road, they are 14-11 in 25 games, while they have gone 18-4 in 22 games at home in Denver.
