Nova ravers sue Israel military for not stopping Hamas raid ...Kuwait

Dozens of people who attended the Nova music festival on 7 October are suing the Israeli military for failing to stop Hamas from attacking the event. Some 42 of those who survived the attack filed a complaint on Monday against the Israeli military, police, and the Shin Bet internal security service, for 200 million shekels (US$55 million), Israeli media reported. They said that "were it not for the failures and negligence of the defendants, jointly and severally, the disaster could have been prevented". The festival, held close to Israel's heavily fortified border with the long besieged Gaza Strip, was one of several places attacked by Hamas fighters during its Al-Aqs
