Puri: With lakhs of devotees expected to throng the holy city of Puri on New Year to offer prayers to Lord Jagannath, the Puri Police has made special arrangements for the crowd management. Informing about it, Puri SP Kanwar Vishal Singh said that adequate security arrangements will be made in Puri town ahead of New Year. The security arrangements will be divided into five parts.
