The Chapel Hill Town Council passed a resolution and zoning ordinance Wednesday night for the development of a new life science center at 306 West Franklin Street. This allows the Long Fellow Real Estate Planners to move forward with plans for a new life science center, though construction on the property can not begin until two other nearby projects are completed at 150 East Rosemary Street and 136 East Rosemary Street.
