IPOH: The police have arrested 11 people, including seven foreigners, believed to be running a call centre and online gambling activities at a house in Taman Bercham Makmur here. Perak police chief Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Yusri Hassan Basri said the seven foreigners comprised six Indonesians and one Myanmar national. Comm Mohd Yusri said they raided the house at about 10.45pm on Nov 11. “We also seized three laptops, two routers, two account books, 14 mobile phones and three desks,” he said in a press conference at the state police contingent headquarters here on Friday (Dec 1). Comm Mohd Yusri said the matter would be investigated under Sections 4(1)(g)
