Debra S. Burns, age 72, of Findlay, passed away October 20, 2023. She was born November 8, 1950, in Findlay, to Norman and Betty R. Light. She spent many happy years with her husband and soulmate, Charles “Chuck” Burns, Jr. Debbie devoted nearly 50 years as a nurse doing what she loved best, caring for others. Those left behind to cherish Debbie’s memory are her husband, Chuck; children, Julie “Jules” (Rob) Cavey, and David W. (Jeannette) Altvater, both of Fostoria; sisters, Linda (Terry) Andrews and Judy (Brian) Prater; half-sister, Theresa (Doug) Burbey; half-brother, Greg (Jeannie) Light; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
