To the editor, For Village of Luckey residents and surrounding areas, we need to be aware of Luckey Town council’s legal actions to push for an eminent domain over properties that are in the way for a Public Water tap into Luckey’s Quarry, next to the old Brush Wellman plant, which is currently being cleaned up as one of the most toxic sites in the United States. Before the cleanup started, the quality of local water was of a concern (because of Brush Wellman), and water far west as Stony Ridge Road was tested.
