Review sentence to Jadhav, int’l court tells Pak ...Middle East

In a major legal and diplomatic victory for India, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Wednesday held that Pakistan violated the Vienna Convention in the Kulbhushan Jadav case and it should review and reconsider his conviction and sentencing while allowing India consular access to him. Importantly, the ruling said the stay on the death sentence pronounced on Jadhav must remain.
