Imphal: Normal life has been crippled in Manipur’s Churachandpur district after the Indigenous Tribal Leaders’ Forum (ITLF) called an indefinite shutdown from Monday in the tribal-dominated district in protest against the “arrest of four Kuki-Zo people, including two women”.
