A Toledo man on a motorcycle was arrested Saturday morning after he drove on a road closed for the Black Swamp Arts Festival. At 1:46 a.m., Bowling Green police observed a motorcycle driving westbound on East Wooster Street then turn northbound onto North Main Street via the handicap accessible entrance since the road was closed and barricaded for the festival.
