Two Wood County men have been indicted for rape. A Wood County grand jury on Wednesday indicted Brian Keith Lawson and Michael J. Roe. Lawson, 55, Perrysburg, was indicted for four counts of rape, all first-degree felonies,and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, a fourth-degree felony. Four times from Feb. 10-June 6, he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with the same juvenile who was 9 years old at the time of the offenses. During that same time, he also allegedly, while in physical proximity to this juvenile, reviewed or perused an obscene live performance that is considered harmful to juveniles.
