A Bryan man sentenced to community control for a roadside assault is going to jail for attempting to falsify a urine sample. Gary Brown, 61, was transported from the jail Tuesday to the courtroom of Wood County Common Pleas Judge Matt Reger. On July 28 during an appointment with adult probation, several attempts were made to gather an observed urine sample for testing. Brown was placed in a holding cell after stating he felt nauseous. When the officer left the drug testing lab, Brown left the holding cell, grabbed a testing cup, then reentered the holding cell.
