Charles Lee Allen Jr., 71, of Weston, Ohio passed away July 27, 2023. He was born March 26, 1952 in Findlay, Ohio to the late Charles L. Allen Sr. and L. Maxine (Smith) Allen. He married Debra Murphy on November 27, 1971 and she survives. Chuck was a member of Weston United Methodist Church. He formerly served as the president of the Otsego Athletic Boosters and built the baseball dugouts at Otsego High School with his father. Chuck was very involved with the National Tractor Pulling Association where he ran the flags on the track for many years. He enjoyed auto racing, classic cars and attending car shows.
