A 12-year-old Perrysburg girl has been arrested for assault. On Monday at around 4:30 p.m., Bowling Green police were dispatched to Children’s Resource Center on Klotz Road and learned that the alleged incident had occurred Saturday but had just been reported. The caller told police a 12-year-old girl on Saturday had attempted to sexually assault another resident, according to the Bowling Green Police Division report. The 12-year-old also allegedly had punched another resident in the throat on Monday. The girl is a ward of Wood County Job and Family Services and was brought to CRC because her last foster placement hadn’t worked out, according to the report. The girl was charged with assault
