Tom Holland 27, announced that he was on a career hiatus in an interview with Extra, describing   producing and starring in the Apple TV+ series The Crowded Room was “a tough time”. Adding “We were exploring certain emotions that I have definitely never experienced before. And then on top of that, being a producer, dealing with the day-to-day problems that come with any film set, just added that extra level of pressure.”

Holland plays a roll of Danny Sullivan in the crime thriller, which tells the story of an unsuspecting young man who is arrested for a shooting at Rockefeller Center in New York City in 1979. Which is ” the role had led to his decision to quit drinking.”
