Developer Lamda Developments has named the main contractor for its 200m tall Riviera Tower, which is billed as Greece’s first skyscraper. A joint venture (JV) between Bouygues Batiment International and Greek contractor Intrakat has been given the nod for the project. According to a report, the JV has already provided consulting services for the project through early contractor involvement ECI and a two-stage tender process.
