Go First extends flight cancellation till May 9; DGCA orders timely refunds ...Middle East

Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) chief Vikram Dev Dutt on Thursday ordered Go First to issue refunds to passengers who had booked tickets on the airline’s cancelled flights within the timeframe allowed by rules. Go First has now extended its flight cancellation till May 9, 2023. While filing for voluntary bankruptcy this Tuesday, the airline had announced cancellation for May 3 and 4; then it extended the same till May 5 and now till next Tuesday.
