March 30, 2023 (KHARTOUM) – The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) announced, on Thursday, their firm commitment to the framework agreement, and the formation of a single army. The security reform workshop was concluded on 29th March without agreed recommendations after the withdrawal of the Sudan Armed Forces from the closing session. However, SAF spokesman late on Wednesday issued a statement renewing their commitment to the process saying they are awaiting the technical committee to discuss the details of the integration and modernisation process.
