Kuwait’s Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) has appointed Egis to provide project management consultancy for the Al Mutlaa City Development (MCD) mixed-use megaproject. As per the agreement, Egis will provide program-level service management, construction logistics & interface management, cost management, and digital program management system & project management information system (PMIS) for the MCD project. MCD is said to be a housing city located 38.3km North West of the Kuwait Metropolitan area. It occupies an area of approximately 104sqkm and is expected to house up to 400,000 people.
