Washington, D.C. – Congressman Jared Huffman (D-San Rafael) recently announced the 2023 Congressional Art Competition is open for digital submissions from all high school students in California’s Second Congressional District, which spans from the Golden Gate Bridge to the Oregon border. “The Congressional Art Competition is one of the best ways to showcase the artistic skills of young people across California’s Second District, and I’m excited to announce this year’s competition is now open for digital submissions,” Huffman said. “I’m consistently impressed by what the talented students from our region create, and I’m looking forward to another year of fantastic art from these young minds.”
