A Ukiah man was arrested after an alleged assault at a motel that left another man unconscious, the Ukiah Police Department reported. According to the UPD, officers responded to a motel on South Orchard Avenue around 2 p.m. Feb. 23 after a call from a “hysterical female subject requesting an emergency response (following) a physical altercation where an adult victim was unconscious.” When officers and detectives arrived, they reportedly saw a teen boy and young girl walking toward the motel office, and described the boy as having “blood on his clothing and the female juvenile was crying.” The boy told officers that an unknown man, later identified by the UPD as Adam Pearson, 41, of Ukiah, “h
