Israel forces detain Palestinian journalist and 16 others ...Kuwait

A Palestinian journalist and at least 16 other people were detained by Israeli forces overnight Sunday and Monday morning. Sabri Jibril's home, a 35-year-old journalist, was raided in a town in Bethlehem province before Israeli forces detained him, the Palestinian Prisoners' Club (PPC) advocacy group said. He was reportedly stopped at a military checkpoint recently when returning from an event about Palestinian prisoners where he took photos. Israeli forces confiscated Jibril's mobile phone and press card at the checkpoint. Five Palestinians were detained in Hizma, a town in the Jerusalem province.
