Non-ticketholders need to confirm their stay in Qatar by booking an accommodation through the Qatar Accommodation Agency (QAA), or through another platform, to receive final approval on a Hayya Card. They can also choose the Visit on a Matchday option if coming for 24 hours. In an email sent to ticketholders, the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) reminded them that non-ticketed fans can come to Qatar from December 2, as was announced recently.
