The incident took place on Wednesday night in Al Mansoura district, killing Saber Al Haidari and wounding others who happened to be with him inside the car. “Unidentified assailants planted an explosive device in the vehicle of journalist Saber Al Haidari, who works for a number of foreign media outlets,” AFP reported, quoting a security official.
