Moscow, SANA- Russia has informed the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) of potential chemical provocations on the part of the authorities of the regime in Ukraine. “In all, we have recently submitted 12 verbal notes [to the OPCW], reporting in detail about the locations of potential chemical provocations and the methods Ukrainian nationals could resort to under a false flag,” Russia’s envoy to the OPCW, Alexander Shulgin, said on-air broadcast of the Rossiya-24 television channel on Wednesday.
