Mendocino County officials announced this week that the Crisis Residential Treatment facility on South Orchard Avenue, funded in part by the Mental Health Treatment Act Measure B, opened its doors to clients. Officials had previously celebrated the facility with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in December of 2021, although construction was not quite complete.
