European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen accused Russia of trying to “blackmail” the bloc with gas, after Russian energy giant Gazprom halted supplies to Poland and Bulgaria on Wednesday. “Gazprom’s announcement is another attempt by Russia to blackmail us with gas.
