Beginning Wednesday, March 23, 2022, patients of local health departments in the Upper Cumberland Region will begin to receive a patient satisfaction survey via text message. County health departments in the Upper Cumberland Region include Cannon, Clay, Cumberland, Dekalb, Fentress, Jackson, Macon, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Smith, Van Buren, Warren, and White County.
