President al-Assad issues law that incriminates torture ...Syria

Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad issued on Wednesday law No. 16 for 2022 that incriminates torture. The law stipulates imprisonment to anyone that deliberately perpetrate torture, participate or provoke for the act.
