Qatar has announced the renewal of its support for the UN Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT) with $15mn annually for three years (2024-2026), as it attaches high priority to supporting counter-terrorism efforts at the national, regional, and international levels and the UN central role in that, QNA reported. This came in a speech by HE the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad al-Muraikhi before the opening session of the Annual Forum of Beneficiaries of Technical Assistance, held by Qatar and UNOCT.
