Winds of change blowing in Karnataka hit the Congress in Goa on Wednesday with the 10 of their 15 MLAs forming a separate group. They met the speaker Rajesh Patnekar asking for a separate sitting in the assembly which begins on July 15. Congress which had emerged as the single largest party with 17 MLAs in the 2017 assembly polls is now left with only five MLAs.
