The Eurovision Song Contest is finally here, and with the semi-finals kicking off in Basel, Switzerland, it's time to get excited as 37 countries battle it out to be crowned this year's champion.
But some may have to prepare for disappointment, with only the top 10 from each semi-final making it through to the Grand Final on Saturday night.
The Big Five – France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom – as well as the host country already have an automatic ticket through to the final, but will still perform in the semis, giving us an indication on how well they will do.
With Remember Monday hoping to bring home the trophy for the United Kingdom with track What The Hell Just Happened? – who else is in the race to be crowned champion of the Eurovision Song Contest 2025?

Eurovision Song Contest 2025: The full line-up
The full line-up of the competing countries was confirmed ahead of the 2025 competition, with 37 acts all taking centre stage in Switzerland next month.
Fans will notice that Moldova is no longer in this year's competition after withdrawing, which has seen Montenegro return to the competition for the first time since 2022.
